My Girl and Green
Beautiful, young woman, easy to look at
Rich, materialistically and physically
Eyes brighter than the sun
Necklace down her chest, on the run
Hair swept behind her face, as if in the wind
Clothes of elegance drape down on her skin
Emerald-green makes her skin more fair
My love for her is beyond compare
Her figure is stamped into my brain
I hope my love fills her heart the way it does mine
I want to put a ring on her, she’s like fine wine
I need her to be in my life forever
That woman could be mine with one simple question
Will this emerald-green girl marry me?
