BR0WN
Brown,
Her eyes were no ordinary brown.
Her eyes mixed with green that made me stare,
They made me stare long and hard,
Almost like magic.
Her words could never drive me away,
They pulled me further and further but I never got the signal of danger that most darker colors would give.
They gave me the signal of warmth, comfort and safety.
She loses me with every conversation under the sun,
When the rays reflect off of hers painting the image in mine,
I lose all sense of reality.
Not in love with party’s, drinking or sneaking out.
But in love with the sunsets,
Her spot,
Her play list that she could never get tired of.
Then again,
It’s the feeling that’s dangerous.
It’s when we lock eyes and stare for a second that makes my heart drop.
I tell myself ‘I have never felt this way towards brown eyes before,
so why am I feeling this now,
Because,
It was her brown that was pulling me in.
