Angel or Devil?
Angel or Devil?
On Leonora Carrington’s painting, 1997
A frail body lay flat on the dirt,
Signs of new life grow.
The decision between good or bad,
Like a pro and con list the two decide.
Millions of life decisions are critical to THIS decision.
The two contemplate this person's actions.
As they contemplate, new life grows.
A deep green plant, the sign of new life.
A dark powerful entity sits as the angel persuades him,
It’s dark bird like coat is prominent.
A halo hovers above the angel,
Holiness and purity.
Once the decision is made, afterlife begins.
The circle of life spins like a merry go round,
An endless spur of events,
Until the end.
The end where your afterlife is decided.
The decision is left to the two who represent life after death.
