Don’t ever stop kicking,
Fight for your life,
Stop yourself from slipping.
Look up to the surface,
See the sun and remind yourself,
You have a purpose.
Open up your eyes,
You are drowning,
No one hears your cries.
Don’t let yourself sink,
Don’t take a breath,
Just swim, don't think.
You are almost there,
Just a little further,
For a breath of fresh air.
Just keep fighting.
