The wind brushes against my skin

Like how a mother would caress you

While you cry

  In silence

                                   Plink

            plink

                                                     plink

A raindrop kissed my third eye

Closed eyes, open mind

My arms are suddenly swaying

Dancing along with the invigorating breeze

My hair starts to pick up the pace

My feet stay grounded

Everything falls into place

Bathed roots, no more pesticide

Flourishing branches that reach the sky

Glowing blossoms identified

The author's comments:

Whenever it rains, it makes me happy.  The earth is being cleansed with a water blanket.

I see tears as water for our roots. Be like a tree :-)
