Ode to Bed
Oh, how comfy you are
You, my dear Queen
The Queen of mattresses
When I want to fall, you catch me
You feel like a thick cloud of fluff
You smell like essential oils
The woosh sound you make when I lay down relaxes me
You taste like cotton and look like a dream
Oh, dear bed,
I want to drown in your wave of sheets
You are my comfortable place
Oh, wonderful bed,
I think of you all-day
I dream of you, my Queen
Rather than dream on you
Without you, I could not function
Oh, bed, how I love you
