The trumpet
A piece of brass
Gold Epoxy or silver
If you play high, it will screech as high as the birds singing
Three valves to change pitch
Three slides to change the pitch
Oh so many mouthpieces to choose from Oh dear
When you play, it tastes like valve oil
The trumpet feels cold at first
But warm it up, and its awesome
Just like a pie out of the oven
The trumpet is just this
A metal machine with a characterized sound
Anyone can play it with practice
Lots of practice will pay off
Oh, trumpet, you are so beautiful!
