My name is not a very common name. Every time that people see my name for the first time they always say that they thought that my name was spelled differently.

One time when I was in school one of my teachers asked me where my name was from. I don't know so when i got home I asked my mom where she got my name from. “She said that when she was younger she used to watch a show and one of the characters was named Yuleisy and she really liked that name. She said that when she had a daughter she was going to name it yuleisy and that’s how I got my name.

 All of my family when I was a child were trying to give me a nickname.” but my name was so weird that they could not find anything that could match with my name until my grandma started cutting out some letters of my name and she finally got yuly.  I really like the name that my family calls me because it is very different and unique like my name and yes my family still calls me that. 

 I was told that my name sounds like an Arabic name and it's really funny for me when people say that. The show that my mom got my name from was an Arabic show so that’s why I found it really funny. 

 Some people say that every time that they hear my name they think of the number 7 because my name has 7 letters. They also said that when they heard my name without seeing it the thing that my name sounds like jaleisy but it’s actually yuleisy. One of my friends used to say that my name is like the color violet. I don't know why but that is what she said.
