Puddle
When you see a puddle under your feet what do you see?
I’ll tell you what I see
I see a reflection of me
With tears on my face on my face
And feeling like a disgrace
As well as pain being written all over my face
I try to keep my self in place
Where I think is safe
So I can erase
The pain that’s written all over my face
What I’m talking about is a puddle in the street
This a puddle of tears that’s under my feet
I pick up my head to wipe the tears of my pfff my face
And then I pick up my head and realize I’m stuck in the same old place
Where I cannot escape
It’s called a cell
A cell of hell
