Little Boy
It was like awakening in vivid reality
Little boy sauntering and pondering
In the great big expanse of meadow
With the dark blue skies hovering
The little boy came upon a lustrous descry
One of what seem to be a jewel
His hands met the glistening rock
Out came a life-form, so petite and beautiful
Little boy been granted three wish
Wishes of toys, wishes of love
Third and final came around
Little boy became soundless for a desire to think of
The clouds gone dark
Blades of grass began to wave and sway
The small soul with wings hovering in somber
In the moving of the air, gazing of what he’s to say
As hushed as the breeze of wind
He figured it would be okay
With a big smile on his face, “I wish for my family to be happy”
And Little boy began fading away
