Reds, yellows, oranges, browns
Falling, falling to the ground
Ghosts and Goblins
From afar
Spooking, scaring
Children screaming
“Trick or Treat”
Wanting, wishing
Sugar laden candy
Jack-o-lanterns
Glowing bright
Crunch, crunch
What a fright
Princesses and Superhero’s
On this darken night
Autumn is not a season
Yet a time of the year
Almost like a solstice
And it all begins
On Halloween Night
