The Flower I Lost
Beautiful as a daffodil swinging in the spring breeze,
That's the reaction when I see her. For her breath smells of freshly baked macaroons in a Paris bakery; Oh how I wish I could feel her soft luscious lips pressed against mine. Her puffy, soft, thick hair wedged between my fingers. I’d give anything to hear her soothing voice fill the hallways of my apartment once more. This feeling of love can never be replaced, and for my sake, I hope one day I can gain her forgiveness and compassion.
