Saddened
It's all over
No more smashing cake in my face,
No more reading bedtime stories.
When life was easy
Back when nap time was about
Dreaming of the crunchy after school snack
And I was as cool as a cucumber
Back when sports were about winning
And racing your friends
When there was no
Fighting for popularity.
Life was simple
Nothing was wrong
I wish I could go back
