Good Grief
As little tots we are told to not frown
But search for the silver lining,
Even when we are down
But afterwhile,
Being told to smile
Tears you apart
Crying is not bad or wrong
It may hurt, but all grief comes from a song
Love and feelings need a release
Even in forms many think need to cease
Grief may be hard, but it is not bad,
There is a thing such as Good Grief
What else would we do if we were sad?
