perspective poem

A large field of a million me’s.

New me’s growing every day.

The people that come by every day,

just to take pictures with us.

They grab me and I snug right under their noses.

The sun shines down on me.

The sprinklers give me water.

I come around once a year.

The cold is not my friend.

My beautiful range of colors is what people like about me.

Oh, I love being a tulip.
