Clock
It sits on the wall going tick tock
Its majestic fingers go round like a block
It sits there unnoticed till around 12 o’clock
Then unnoticed it stays feeling forlorn and forgot
With it, one learns what flies by like a flock
If time is money then it is money we’ve got
Without money one must run around with a glock
Yet unnoticed it stays feeling forlorn and forgot
If time did not exist no one would be missed
No one would be dissed
No one could make a wish
And yet all this, if time did not exist
Yet unnoticed it stays feeling forlorn and forgot
