That´s All
Tone cold like stone, figure still like a doll.
Compared you to a rose, beautiful such like your own glow,
with spikes that made you distance and feel so far, but also fragile.
If someone would look closer, that’s all.
Saw you alone, while leaning in a wall. Tried to pass by until I heard someone cry.
Finally made a move and asked what happened to you.
You looked at me with a sea flooding of your eyes. You leaned on me, and I never let
you fall.
We are friends and that’s all.
And every time you see my smiles, it´s because of the light I see through your eyes.

This piece was inspired by a lot of events I went through on middle school, I still look back at those times and think how much we change and the road we made for each other.
