End of Eighth Grade

The weather is hot
Summer is coming near
Who would have thought
It's the end of eighth-grade year,
The school days feel longer
But we’re almost through
Our bonds are getting stronger
With our sisters now new,
With our year now coming to an end
I will have to say goodbye
To a year of memories with my new friends.
