The Bird of Hope
The day I become the bird----
The free bird that flies in joy
I'd cross the skies and enjoy;
In a pleasing mood without any word
While cutting the wind like a boy
It was never thought of----
I'd travel the world with glee
Give hope to those who aren't free
I'll reunite with my oldest friend dove;
As we share our memories on a tree
It was never an intention----
I'd fly in times others lose hope
Carry anyone who seems to drop
'Don't give in' is the phrase to mention
Little by little one comes to the top
I'd fall for others like rain----
To make our parted ways one
Create a rainbow opposite the sun;
Our beautiful success is not in vain
We'll always help, we are never done
