I am
I can quickly come to the conclusions of who I am not, however; I only identify what anyone would notice I am not. People naturally can notice when you are acting out of character and it's clear that is who you are not. I am not, Outgoing or Overly talkative. I know I am not always motivated, always eating healthy, always respectful, always who I am. I know I do these things daily that are not benefiting me and draw me back. I find who I am and who I am not by going through new and uncomfortable situations. I have found that some new experiences turn out to be surprisingly fun and enjoyable but I have also found other new experiences may be boring and difficult. The only way to truly find out who you are is by going outside your comfort zone and challenging yourself.
