My Spring

Some may stay, but the seasons continue to come
Cause now I’m in my spring
Letting the breeze fly through my hair
Taking away all my despair
Running through the grass without a care
All your ice is melting
And my flowers are blooming
I’m spreading my wings
And leaving you behind
Cause no matter I do
You’ll only want her
I survived your winter
Now I’m sitting in fields of lavender
