Imagine that everyday, everybody in the world was happy

That no strife or war was happening

When you walk outside the sky is blue and it’s comfortably warm

Dogs are walked and babies are born

A perfect day in a perfect world

Imagine no jealousy, no guilt, no tears

You wake up in the morning and for once there’s nothing to fear

Hunger is solved and animals adopted

Children finally have a home

And the world is good

Right now people aren’t nice

And not all things come true

Bad things happen sometimes but that’s ok

You need a little bad to go with all the good, life is boring without it

But just imagine

Imagine passing every class with flying colors

And taking a test with no effort

Going to your favorite artist’s concert and having the time of your life

Getting asked to have him as a husband or asking her to be your wife

Living everyday as if it’s the last

Just imagine being able to not go to bed hungry

Going to sleep ok with your how your living

And not regretting any decisions you’ve made

Calling that friend and them answering immediately

It’s hard to imagine but it could be a possibility

Imagine your dog talking back

And having the most interesting conversations

With the birds that sing in the mornings

Understanding what’s being said when a cat meows

Joking on the farm with the goats and cows

Right now people aren’t all nice or helpful

And not all things come true

Bad things happen sometimes but that’s ok

You need a little bad to go with all the good, life is boring without it

But just imagine

I based this poem off of what I have thought of and what I've experienced in life. I have realized that although a perfect world would be amazing, it would get monotone and boring if there isn't any bad to go with the good.
