THE DICE
The fuzzy, white, and black dice.
Which hung from that old car of his.
We would drive around for hours,
I would watch the die swing from the mirror.
Laughing as they hit each other.
The two dice representing two people,
My grandpa and I.
Always together, always hanging around.
I now wear a dice charm around my neck,
To keep him closer to my heart.
My favorite person,
My best friend,
My grandpa.
Two people represented by two dice,
To show a connection,
A grandpa and granddaughter connection.
