The Change is Near
Looking out my window,
fresh rainfall,
Still covering every surface.
Red, orange, and yellow leaves line the streets and sidewalks.
Green grass continues on its steady growth pattern.
Wind blows through the trees, creating a unique windblown pattern
Everlasting in my head.
Through the glass, everything seems quite obscure,
It feels as if yesterday was Summer, with the hot air and colorful aroma.
Now, it is fall.
brighter colors have shifted to the darker, more monotoned shades,
The air is cooler,
Everything is changing.
