So Why Am I Anxious?
Anxious;
That’s what I am,
anxious like a green light.
It happens when
there’s five minutes till the last bell rings.
It sounds like
a car’s engine revving.
Anxious;
anxious is what I’ll be,
till it happens.
Soon I’ll be packing bags,
full with all my stuff.
My shoes, clothes and knick-knacks,
I won’t leave anything behind.
Noting but my
Friends,
Family,
and
Memories.
