the underside of peace

If you look underneath peace,
You will hear metal pipes clanging.
People yelling.
Not mad, just distant and frantic.
It will be hot and cold at the same time,
Wet and dry as well.
The best way to describe the underside of peace,
Is the pure confusion of everything you have ever questioned,
Combined into one lumpy grey ball.
