Thankful for my Teachers

I am thankful for the ones who teach

From learning a different language and the parts of speech.

My teachers are the ones who make me smile

And make the time as school worthwhile.

I learn something new everyday

And I appreciate their efforts in every way.

Because they get to teach the leaders of tomorrow,

They get to watch each of us grow.

My teachers inspire me to reach my goals 

Because they teach from their heart and soul.

When my teachers help me to achieve success,

I know that I am extremely blessed. 

The knowledge they bring and wisdom they share,

The energy they bring, I know they will always care.

Because of my teachers, I know what it means to be a good friend,
