Wonder why?

Nieve little kids livin in the streets
sellin dope loosin hope for life
makin their daddys sad
and mommys cry and askin why
why is this happening to me ?
haven't I raised my child correctly
Some of the kids I know were raised better than this
their mammas tell me when they leave they won't even give her a kiss
But maybe they have to learn the hard way
I just hope and pray that I won't
turn out that way
one day. . .
