Ekphrastic Poem (The Scream by Edvard Munch)
The road only filled
With the sound of my pounding
Footsteps as the sky turns
Red as blood and I hear
The scream of nature
Begging to be heard,
Going on infinitely and
Soon becoming unspeakably
Tired as the echoes
Continued traveling through
My head and the sky
Becomes a groaning
Raspy groan from deep
Within these soon to
Be thunder-filled clouds
As the people coming
Up behind me only
See red as a color
And not as if our
Friend nature has feelings

Writing isn't exactly a strength for me. But I do it anyways.
