One: everything is temporary. your good times are temporary and so are your bad times so when your good enjoy it and when your down just know that you’ll make it out

Two: being happy takes work. The happiest people in life are the people who have been through a lot and worked on themselves as a person. Being happy is you being confident in yourself and can see that you can influence others.

Three: you can’t please everyone. “I don’t know the secret to success, but the secret to failure is trying to please everyone” says Bill Cosby. Most people our age thinks that everyone will like them but you have to accept that not everyone will like you and you have to be you and the people that do like you will not go unnoticed.

Four: the people you surround yourself with reflects you. Most of the time I see groups of people around school and they all act the same and you can’t really tell each other apart if it wasn’t for looks. So I am saying hang around different types of people and see how your life could change.

Five: don’t always think of the bad outcomes in a tuff situation. If you think of only the bad outcomes then you will be less confident in a positive outcome which would make you upset and sometimes stress you out for no reason. So don’t jump to bad conclusions.
