You left me for what seemed to be no reason,

I always wondered and asked what did I do,

It’s almost as if you accused me of treason,

No matter how much I tried I never got a response back from you,

I wondered what did I say?

Was I in the midst of  your way?

You said we were friends till the end,

And yet look at us now living as if each other doesn’t exist,

It’s almost everything that happened in the past was just pretend,

But yet when I check your feeds,

I see you smiling with a person who I don’t know,

And I say to myself I really hope that you have what you need,

You never have time for me anymore,

And I miss the way we used to talk for hours,

The way we played games not even caring about the score,

Even your smile that could blossom like a flower,

I had always been there for you,

No matter what,

And trust me you know that’s true,

But either way it’s just another deep cut,

I was always there when others turned their back,

It didn’t matter if  you were right or wrong,

I took the blows against the attack,

I was your friend all along,

On your lonely nights,

I was there when no one else could relate,

I never thought twice about it,

And it never was a debate,

I was and still am always there to hear you out,

I will listen to you completely without a doubt,

But now I moved on and am still looking for,

A friend that will stand by my side forever,

But I am still here for you even if you are not here for me
