Unfaithful
You steal my heart, keys and freedom
You leave me here high and dry
Was there something wrong with me?
You want me to believe that your mouth always speaks the truth
We fell in love so young, I’m surprised that we lasted this long
Why would you waste your time with me?
In case you didn’t know
I sit here speechless with sadness
With no conscience, it explains why you’re heartless
The ring on my finger meant nothing to you
She was so good, that you decided to leave me
Please my love, give me a reason
Why must you always act in vain?
Our love was a book, except we were on different pages
I couldn’t keep up, you wanted more
In case you didn’t know
Your love can no longer keep me in bondage
This must have been fate, to save me from the devil
My heart is now walking on it’s own
Shall you go with her, I will not worry for I know my value
I’m barely moving on, but don’t worry about me darling
On to the next book of life
In case you didn’t know
