Don't Let Go
Her fingers wrap around his; tight!
She shivers, "Don't let go."
He smooths the hair from her forehead
And kisses her. "I know."
Her eyes light up as they walk through town.
She laughs, "Don't let go!"
He spins her 'round, then pulls her in
And hugs her tight. "I know."
Her eyes are growing heavy now.
She yawns, "Don't let go."
He picks her up as she falls asleep
And holds her close. "I know."
