Memories
A picture worth a feeling
Greeting me with memories
A moment she is stealing
Giving vivid stories like documentaries
She visits oh so sporadically
Taking moments from our day only to give them back to us later with no delay
To sit and ponder the thoughts actively
Of our past moments coming to lay -
She comes upon our mind so gracefully
She comes to bring us documentaries
Of the sad
Of the bad
Of the exhilaration galore
We want her to visit more and more
She comes and she goes
Telling us the past
Of the thoughts that arose
But most of all we want our stories to last
Because it is her shows
That differ our cast
