High School
One last year in the place I call my second home
Only ten more minutes to show off my butterfly pride
It really was true when they said, “time flies”
Sooner than later, I will have to say my goodbyes
Goodbye to the school that made me who I am on the inside
Goodbye to the halls that my best friends and I roam
To all of the Tuesdays that were filled with chicken that was fried
No matter where I end up, I’ll never let the memories I made die
I will forever let the butterfly legacy fly high
High school truly is the best five years of your life
