There’s nowhere to run, nowhere to hide.

Nothing but madness to be found here,

nothing but chaos, it’s quite clear,

nothing but broken dreams and shattered hearts.

The four horsemen have made their depart.

A country divided, no longer united.

It’s hell on earth and the city’s on fire.

Inhale, in hell there’s heaven.

Politics have put people on different sides.

A system has been exposed for its lies.

This time is not for the faint of heart,

because families are being torn apart.

Schools have put students in shooting ranges.

We’re in desperate need of some changes.

People can’t place their prejudice aside.

Inequality has plagued this society.

It’s hell on earth and the city’s on fire.

Inhale, in hell there’s heaven.

America, God shed his grace on thee,

because we are in desperate need.

In need of people to take action.

In need of more compassion.

In need of education, tolerance, and love,

for a country united, no longer divided.

It’s hell on earth and the city’s on fire.

Inhale, in hell there’s heaven.

(Refrain: Solo, Frank Ocean/Malay Ho)

The author's comments:

Christian has an optimistic view on life, and always sees the best in people. His idealism is what fuels him to seek out new opportunities, feeding his hunger to travel and explore new places. He finds every opportunity to expand his knowledge about the world around him. Ironically, his scratch off map only has 3 places marked.
