Over rused disease, afflicted, addictive, malicious sickness.
Kneeling at a pew, life is just a colorless hue,
red knees pierce the monotony, need a crown of thorns like botany.
Pragmatically pondering, with a heart made of inadequacy. Basically blatant blasphemy.
Bloodshed. Internal battle, mental kettle waiting to burst.
Waiting to rattle the machinations of my mind, a wretched curse
Think about the two "I's" In Insanity
And read between the lines, it's more to it actually
Like climbing a peakless mountain with a bag full of rocks.
Breathing’s a chore. No meaning to this pain you endure.
Rocky roads, steep slopes, surrounded by thorns.
Seemingly alone, actions you don’t condone
A bag full or rocks makes every step harder,
clumsily grumbling, stumbling down this uphill battle.
Falling on the thorns, you seem to enjoy it
No wonder you wear sweaters every damn day, with that bag full of rocks.
Think about the two "I's" In Insanity
And read between the lines, it's more to it actually
Trees crest the sun, void fills the sky riddled with jewels,
Hoping to catch one falling out the heavens, the type that grants wishes.
Talking to the moon and reaching for the stars as the only homeopathic steady remedy.
Kettle brimming, emotions swimming, words spilling along with the rocks.
Oxbow lakes, don’t mind the mistakes, life is more transparent that opaque.
You talk until the sun crest the trees, the bag is empty, life’s at ease.
Think about the two "I's" In Insanity
And read between the lines, it's more to it actually
Refrain from “Chicago” a song by Capital STEEZ
