Torn up flower
An extraordinary girl
Spent days of her life smiling
Gifting the world with her hope and enlightenment
She is a friend, a daughter, a sister
She is someone!
Now she feels like no-one
Because of you
You turned her world upside down
When you thought it was okay to rape her
When you kept going when she said stop
When you decided she was a toy you could use
And not a human
A human with great respect for others
How dare you not show her the same respect she showed you as a friend
How dare you tell her she is lying, when she said NO
How dare you think its ok to take advantage of her kindness
I can lecture you all I want
Although it will never change the fact that you made her a VICTIM
She won’t ever dress the same
In fear of being hurt again
Never will she trust that a boy would want her for her
Not just for SEX
I PRAY for the day she wakes up from this horror
When she can love herself again
When she trusts again
When she can be herself without fear
I PRAY
I pray for my friends return
But she will never
She will never be the same
Because of you
