It was only a matter of time
(before we were timeless)
and I found the letters
to shape the words
that could only be about
you
(and me)
So it’s us
(finally)
after all was said
“Stay with me, that’s all that I need.”
I couldn’t accept it
Or
Let it
Be
But then
I realized
(and I know you told me)
“No more epiphanies.”
But Dear,
(please)
just this one
You’re all that I need.
