it just doesn’t go away

It just doesn’t go away.
It’s a part of you forever
No matter how much help or medicine you took,
It doesn’t go away
The hurt, the pain, the lost trust
You never forget, but you always forgive
Thinking “Next time I won’t forgive,”
Yet you always do.
It never ever goes away,
Just think about it
They say they’re sorry or that they don't want to cause you pain
but that's a huge part of you now
All the stories
You will never forget
It just doesn’t go away
