Christmas
The day I wake up for this time
is the best day of the year
When I am fully awake I begin to cheer
I am in bed and I begin to climb
Out of bed, I am happy as can be
I dart to my parents and jumped, jumped on the bed
when my parents got up I fled
My brothers woke up from the commotion
They got up and swung into motion
This was going to be the merriest Christmas ever
I sprinted down the steps and looked at the presents
Presents were screaming like little kids saying open me
In the room, it was a turn of events
My brothers went first and I saw their excitement
which seemed like forever
But I knew my gift would be better
I went last and wondered what my gift is
It felt like a pop quiz
When I opened it I was screaming
I found out what it was and my face was gleaming
I ran over to my parents to thank them
As soon as they let us go I darted to the basement
I set it up and adjusted its placement
I loved my new gift
I made the miniature car drift
I roared Hooray!
I played and played until the end of the day
