The right place at the right time
We were heading to the store
Because we needed some more
Pasta noodles and Mariana sauce
Walking outside the world full of frost
We are in the car
The store is not very far
“Wait pull over!” I shout.
“There a dog over there!” I explain.
Following the dog slowly I grab hold of his collar
His mouth is sopping full of slobber
“Wait there's two of them!” my mom shrieks
I hold the first dog whose fur color is creme
She was a cheetah when she ran in the street
The dog would not move his feet
She picked up the dog so quick
The dog spoke through kicks
“Let me go!” the dog looked as though he was speaking
The owner finally came looking
“We were cooking!” they owner says
We hand over the dogs gracefully
I saw them while we were driving thankfully
We were heading to the store
Because we needed some more
Pasta noodles and marinara sauce
Walking outside the world full of frost
