As I walk down the long hallway , 

the lights start to flicker and my heart starts to race

Fearing for my life I begin to walk faster and faster until

all the lights shut off and I stand there froze..motionless...Scared 

to even move , wince , or even make a sound ... suddenly my 

legs began to shake and I begin to get worried 

after a long standstill the long pause I start to walk and realize 

the lights never turned off .. my eyes where just closed from fear

As I realize I had made a fool of myself shrieking and making noises 

awakening the neighbors thumping into the walls ... As I sit there terrified

I realize my fear for darkness isn’t a fear.... It’s a problem
