It Takes Courage

It's the first track meet
Of the season.
I'm nervous of the long jump,
Scared of falling on my face.
Don't be nervous,
Just take the jump.
It takes courage,
But I can do it.
Run run run,
JUMP!
It took courage,
But I did it.
To the real life,
Not all about sports.
I must talk
To the guy I like.
I'm scard of a rejection.
Don't be scared,
Just tell him how you feel.
It takes courage,
But i can do it.
