Dear Pringles Co.,

I have been a fan of Pringles chips since I was five years old and have always been delighted by the quality of your product. Some of my favorite types of chips include sour cream and onion, cheddar, and extreme buffalo. For nearly 13 years I have enjoyed your convenient stacked chips with much satisfaction.

However, last summer I opened a can of extreme buffalo chips to find them nearly void of all flavor. The chips that normally leave my tongue tingling had only a hint of buffalo. Having purchased these chips many times before, I knew this was an isolated event and have since had no problems with any of my other purchases.

As a loyal customer, I feel it is my responsibility to report any sub-par product so as to prevent any such event from occurring in the future.

Thank you for your continued production of great tasting chips. I would love to be compensated for my lack-luster can of pringles chips.
