Summary:

The Woods family lives in California, five miles north of Santa Rosa in the Sonoma district. Their home is in the unincorporated Larkfield-Wikiup community. To celebrate their mother’s birthday, they invite their family to visit for a few days after not having seen them in many years. After the family hears about the threat of the Fires, they begin to make decisions on how they want to respond to the potential catastrophe. The family becomes divided, and deep-seated problems eventually show themselves and result in disastrous outcomes.
