It was nice with a good smell of bbq in the summer. A wave passed over the water just a few miles from where I was at.

Mom said, “Still going for the ride today son?”

“Of course,” I said.  I wondered what it was going to be like there. I might get some large fish in the ocean.  I thought we would probably bring some fishing poles. It’s only been a few days since I came so I’m still kind of a tourist. My mind just couldn’t stop thinking about how the ride was going to turn out. Feeling really sticky from the sunscreen my cautious mom put on me, I walked to the other room while rubbing it in. It has only been a few days since I arrived in South Carolina. I didn’t really know what to do so I just walked around talking to anyone in the room.

I can’t wait till I get to the dock.

When are we going to get moving!

Then  I saw Jake was playing minecraft hunger games.

“Can I play?”  I asked.

“Sure,” he said.

I went to grab the controller.  Then  I ran to the first chest and got a full set of butter armor and a sword.
“Nice!” I said.
“Get of my chest boy.” He said
“Never!”I said
Then He showed me his stone sword.
You know what who needs these chests.
“Why didn’t I get him”?

I felt pretty good about the chest but the lack of food made me not want to take any chances, so  I ran to go get some food and a bow. I wondered how I would beat them but I couldn’t figure it out, But then I thought about staying away and letting them go at each other. While they were hitting each other, I was keeping my distance for a while but then I accidentally went falling while trying to get a chest on the tall spires.

“No!” I said.

Then I accidentally fell straight into the middle of where they were fighting.  I tried to get out before they noticed me, but they saw me and started going at me luckily the other guy died and it was just me and him. I hit him a few times then he hit me. I then stepped back and started shooting him in the head with arrows and potions.

Next I went  into the living room to see what was going on. I saw that a few people were in their. Just passing the time with a good conversation. I was hoping that it was time to leave. Then I went outside and got in the car with my friend Evan.  After that  I looked around waiting until we got to our destination. The dock looked like any other one you might pass by. But those were some really nice boats. The floor was wood but held up with metal. I didn’t know that we were going out on a big boat. Then I went there  to see the boat.  It was white with railing on the front. It looked like it had some chairs in the front. It also had a good amount of room in the back.  We were told to get in the boat. Then I finally got in and saw that there was a lot more than I thought. After Steve and my dad took of the rope we were off.

“Where are we going.”I asked.
“Over a shrimp boat.”steve said

I sat down by Evan hoping to start a conversation until we got out to the Atlantic Ocean. Then I saw that as we were going there were so many jellyfish just passing by. I caught one in a net.

“Wow what is this one.” I said
“I don’t know but those can’t sting you I promise.” Evan said
“I don’t trust it.” I said
Then he put his hand on it.
“See.“He said
“Still.” I said

He put the fish back in the ocean. Then we both sat down again and just talked trying to pass the time. A few minutes later I started to feel a little weird.  I sat down waiting for it to go away while drinking water. I don’t remember much about when that happened except that it sucked. There was a nice ocean breeze going bye that helped get me better. The view was endless. I saw my reflection in the water. I also saw more jelly fish.

A few minutes later I recovered and got up. I finally was in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. It was just like the view before but it was different. There were no boats blocking the view. It was just us. I saw that steve was dropping the anchor over a shrimp boat. And my dad was getting ready.

“You okay.” My dad said.
“Yeah.” I said
“Good.” He said
“Okay let’s fish.” I said

Steve said to get our fishing poles.  I had never seen a fishing pole like this in my life.  It had all sorts of things I couldn’t explain.  He explained how to use it and then I started doing it on my own. I was the one who caught The least, but my fish looked better. A few minutes later I was told I could jump in the water if I wanted. Evan and I went first.  I was scared that something might be under me.  Then my dad had the same reaction.  He wanted out of the water pretty quick.  Then we went back to shore. It was a good ride back. We got the cokes out of the cooler and had a drink until we got back.

Then we had to clean the boat. Evan and I got a sponge and a mop. I really wanted the mop so I did the windows. Evan did the sponge. Then we had to clean the floors on the main deck. We got the hose and got it all wet, so we could get most of the stains out of the floor easier. Then we needed to go back to the car and pack up our stuff in the van. When we got back to their home I saw that not many people where their. Than I saw jake still here.

“How did it go.” Jake said
“Pretty good.” I said
I thought about the trip.
“It was nice.” I said

Everybody else was at the beach. So I just played minecraft with jake for a little until they got back. Then when they did we just played minecraft until it was night.

“So did you enjoy the ride.” My mom said

“Yes!”
