Not to be able to unwind and relax through football would mean the death of me physically and mentally. I wouldn’t be able to play the game I love. The game that brought me in a new light of life is what I ever given something my hardest. It makes me go to school every day and have a greater responsibility afterwards. It has given me a deeper meaning of “no pain, no game” means. Football has given me a reason to be hungry, work harder, and to strive to be the best. It is commitment to you and become better.

I arrived at my first game, at Riverbank Park; the thrill of the game was incredible. The fans energy was extremely high in sprits. I went to the locker room to change to the devilishly looking jerseys with Texan orange and white. The jerseys were on and we were ready to play. The way the crowd was screaming at every touchdown. The feeling never ended inside of me it wanted to keep going.

My first Super Bowl was when we were 9-0 throughout the season and if we won we would go to the nationals, with a perfect score. The adrenaline was running in my veins like steroids. I felt invincible. It was a game against NBC (North Bronx Cowboys). It was a close game 27-21. The final quarter with 40 yards until goal, the play was Option Reed the QB handed it to a tight end, and then to a running back. The RB put the moves on the few of us that caught on. The touchdown was scored and they had won with the extra point.

When you give something you’re hardest, the pain is hard work. The pain is what you should be feeling when you work hard enough. Football has relaxed me in a way that I had bettered myself and my mind. I’ve given myself something to work my body, and my mind learning plays. Football is my frustration reliever and my paradise. I devoted to playing and becoming better at the sport in ways people can’t imagine.
