The Most Important Thing
If someone asked me what is the one thing that you are going to keep until you die?
“My dog’s ashes.” I would say
Her name was Allison, and she was a Siberian Husky. She was six different colors such as Black, White, Gray, Red, Orange, and a little Brown. She kissed and liked most of the people that came over. My brother and I got Allison from our grandpa for our birthday present. My brother was 10 year old, I was 9 years old when she died. She was six and a half years old when she died.
“What are we going to do with her body?” I asked my mom
“I don’t know, we can’t dig, so we are going to have to get her cremated.” said Amanda (mom).
So after that we thought and thought about where to get her cremated!
“Sleepy Hollow Pet Cemetery” said Jim (dad)
So my dad, mom, brother, and I took her body to Sleepy Hollow Pet Cemetery.
“She was a healthy looking dog and it looks like she was poisoned” said the guys in a deep sad voice.
After seven days my mom and I went to the vet. We got a paw print and a paper saying her age, gender, and date of birth, and the day of her death, etc. I am going to tell you how sad this was for me. The day that she has past away I was at the store buying a television and my brother James called my dad’s cell phone.
“You guys need to come home Allison has died in front of me and I need help because I am crying as hard as a person having a kid” said James (brother)
So we got the television and rushed home as fast as a deer can run away for getting killed. As soon as we got home I was looking at Allison and crying as loud as I could. I am going to tell you what I told what I told kacie.
“What is the best memory that you can remember?” Kacie said in a sad voice
“When James (brother) was playing with Allison and she was play biting him.” I said in a happy voice
Also there is one that i can never ever forget.
“One day she needed to take her medicine, and I had to hold her so my dad could put peanut butter on it so she would take it, also from running away. When she was done taking the pill.
“Gotta go potty?” Yelled my dad
So allison was running as fast as a deer to my dad.
“Allison sit, stay , wanna a treat?” I was screaming
Nothing was working , so finally she made it to my dad
“Allison sit” said my dad
“What are you doing following her?” asked my dad in a confused voice
“Because my finger is turning Purple.” I screamed
“Why Purple?” asked dad
“My finger is stuck in the choke chain.” I screamed to my dad
After he say that my finger was stuck in the choke chain.
“Allison sit.” said dad in a deep voice
Finally my dad got my finger out with a little of oil for it to slip out more easier. So my dad got it out in like 10 minutes, therefore I did not have to go to the Emergency Room. After I got my finger out of the choke chain my finger was as Purple as a banana can get after it has rotted. As you can see that is why my dog’s ashes is the most important thing to me to remember. Here is why it is the most important thing to me is that was the first dog that I can remember that was six and half years old and the first female dog animal that we had minus all the fish. Also allison was so tiny as a puppy she could put her whole body in the square of a fish tank, then before she died she could not even fit her head in the fish tank square.
