A hero is defined as a person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities, so wouldnt eveyone be considered a hero.

We have all made achievements, but we all have different perspectives of the word 'outstanding'. For an example, a 18 year old graduating top of his class. That could be seen as a outstanding achievement, yet most wouldn't call him a hero.

Noble qualities can be found in everyone. Its just all based on someones opinion rather it qualifies as an acceptional characteristic to be handed the title 'hero'. Using an example, a boy decides to go against a schools dresscode rule and starts a protest. What about those who like the schools dresscode? Many would call him a hero because the traits he shows of braveness, and many would call the school a hero because the schools dresscode might help distiguish them on a high level than other schools. Which would make the school having a quality of being caring in a way.

To clear this up, everyone is a hero. We all have made outstanding achievements, and we all have noble qualities. Everyone just might have different view points on those things.
